His building community said “Barry was much more than a Building Manager. Barry became a friend to many. His witty and sarcastic banter will be missed and the halls of our building will forever seem quieter.”
Barry adored his Pomeranian girl, Sheba, who passed before him and his current boy, Whiskey. He also had an immense love for penguins.

Thank you for being a huge blessing and presence in mine and my sons life and being the most amazing uncle I could have asked for ..you will be forever missed ❤️
My big brother! So many wasted years of not knowing each other, my regret. Being the baby of the family, I remember my brother, through my eyes as a child. His love of family, dancing. He really never cared about the material things in life, having love meant so much more. I will miss the brother I once knew, I will miss the brother I had just begun to get to know. I will think of Barry with love, a wonderful man, human being. So happy he had love, surrounding him. So thankful, he had Lynda and ALL of his family. Barry, you were a true legend ❤️
Barry wasn’t only my superintendent, he was a friend. Him and Lynda, were friend’s and our dogs shared a relationship. Barry was a “one in a million”, the mold was broken when God created him! Rest in peace Barry!

Berry has been a good friend help us out with open arms I haven’t been around much and I regret it as I missed talking to him and fishing. My wife always enjoyed his sparky remarks to her.he will be missed he really made sure everyone know who he was.
A beautiful kind man, with a heart of gold. Barry looked after me like a daughter and was fiercely protective, for which I will always be grateful for. To have had the absolute honour to have known him is a blessing. Although many years since I last saw Barry and Lynda, we have always kept in touch. I have some wonderful pictures and treasured memories of my visit to Canada. My heart goes out to Lynda, Natalie and the rest of the family at this sad time. Love to you all and rest in peace Barry, my Dad No2 xxxxx

Barry, my younger brother. Wow didn’t we create some wonderful memories growing up. It was us two scaliewags against the world. Barry, a great human being, a good and funny brother, Barry was Barry always with a smile, a kind and giving nature, caring for others making all in his presence laugh. It was a joy and privlage to just have you in my life. Now you are smiling down on your beautiful wife Lynda and family having a drink or two with my Billy
Always in my heart forever on my thoughts. Cheers sweetheart, I toast you on your next adventure.
Dad.. my big, strong, proud, funny, protective, generous, genuine, bear of a man. You gave me the best of you and did an amazing job as a father through a really difficult time. Having to watch my mum drift away from us all through cancer at such a young age must have torn you to pieces.. but you stayed strong for Mark and me.
Leaving to go to Canada can’t have been an easy decision all those years ago.. but you met Lynda and began to grieve. You fell in love again.. how amazing is that? You’ve had a wonderful life together. Now your battle is over Dad and you must leave us to be pain free. I’m going to miss you everyday for the rest of my life.. until we meet again. Love you..
Natalie & Mark you have never ever felt like stepchildren , I hope over the years I did your Mom proud. Love you both from my heart and I know you both made your Dad so very proud of you. Stay strong, with all you’re memories..Love Mom
