When death occurs, the deceased’s executor/administrator, or if no will the next-of-kin are responsible for the final care of the deceased. This individual should be contacted immediately after death and should call Cremation London & Middlesex to notify them that death has occurred.
Steps to Take
- If death occurs at home, contact your family Physician or 911
- Contact Cremation London & Middlesex Inc. at 519-858-2467, day or night to schedule an arrangement appointment. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
Please bring the following to your appointment:
- The Social Insurance Number of the deceased person.
- The deceased parent’s names, mother’s maiden name and places of birth
- A copy of the will
