HARP, Catherine Lynn

Peacefully and surrounded by her family on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Victoria Hospital, London Catherine passed away in her 58^th year after her short lived battle with cancer.  

Beloved and supportive mother to three daughters Debbie, Ashley (Bobby) and Samantha.

Proud Nana of 7 grandchildren Austin, Marissa, Mustafa, Peyton, Katana, Kailey & Danika.

Cherished baby sister to 6 older siblings Gary (Monty), Jim, Sharon, Darlene, Linda, Kim (Andre).

Adored Auntie to Chris (Leslie), Terri-lynn (Trent), Shawn, Crystal, Kevin, Matt, Johnny, Tenisha, Jamie, Cody, Toni (Brad), and many other Great Nieces and Nephews.

She is predeceased by her father and mother Clifford & Janet Harp, Niece Tammy Harp, Sister-in-law Barb Harp, Nephew Gregory Johnston, and Brother-in-law Larry France.

Catherine was a force to be reckoned with she loved her family fiercely and unconditionally. Spending time with her large family brought her happiness whether it was playing cards, rummoli, dancing to Mustang sally, Strokin or singing Love Shack with her first grandson Austin. As well as playing pranks on her siblings and others. Catherine was a pure joy to be around and everyone loved her dearly that knew her. She worked at Cold Springs Farm and Tim Hortons for many years and grew many friendships while working there that have become like family. She will always be remembered for her sense of humour and many inappropriate jokes. But most of all she will be remembered for being an amazing mother, nana, sister, auntie and friend. Our family has lost a very special piece of or family tree that can never be replaced. Forever in our Hearts “Dink”.

Cremation has taken place.

As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Catherine may be made to her family if you wish at her celebration of life this Friday November 10^th from 4pm- 8pm at Goodwill located at 255 Horton Street 3^rd floor.
