So very sorry for your loss Joanne, Doug, Andrew and families. Thinking about you during this difficult time. Sending love.
I met Brenda in grade school and from there we also went to the same high school. We just connected again maybe a few years ago. I could pick her out of a crowd, she still looked the same as always. The cute short hair cut and friendly eyes.
I’m so sorry she has passed away, it seems unbelievable.
To her family and friends, I hope you can encourage and comfort one another with good memories and stories. One day, you’ll see Brenda again absolutely healthy. What a reunion that will be. 🌷
My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time. Brenda was a good friend. I met her in Gr.1! Her laughter was infectious at all our meetings.
While I did not know Brenda well, Doug has been a good friend for many years, and we frequently talked about our respective wives. I know how devoted Doug was to Brenda and what a significant loss this will be for him. I’m always there for you, my friend!!
Doug, and Andrew, I am so sorry for the loss of your Brenda, while I know she’s a cardinal now with her mom and dad, my prayers are with you both and will continue to be, Krista Sieling
Sincere condolences to Mrs. Wrath’s family. She was always so kind and caring to our kids at St. Kateri. We will miss the chats at the rinks. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Brenda, So hard to say goodbye. We shared so many great times as kids in Drumbo and as teens at Paris District High. It was an honour to be in your wedding party when you and Doug married. Your son, Andrew is your treasure. Miss you, Audrey (Schell) Hall
I’m so very sorry to hear of Brenda’s passing. Whilst I never met her in person I valued the friendship we had on Facebook. Such a lovely lady who loved to share my joy of owning my golden retrievers. She will be very sadly missed. My condolences to her family at this difficult time 💕
Thank you all for the condolences. We’re managing well and it is very heartwarming to read the memories and appreciation for mom. Right until the end she was more concerned about dad and I than she was about herself.
If you’re from a family that doesn’t often say “I love you” – don’t wait for someone to get sick to start saying it to them every day. There may not be enough time to tell that person you love them as many times as you wish you had.
Thanks for this public notice of your private loss, and for assuring us that you stayed close by Brenda to the end of her life. Take time, take care – Bill
