Carole Kennedy
Obituary
KENNEDY, Carole…
Carole Kennedy passed away peacefully at University Hospital in London, Ontario, the 23rd of October, 2023 in her 90th year. Carole will be missed everyday by her daughter Linda (Danette) of London. Beloved Nana to Lauren (Jake) of St. Thomas. Dear cousin of Earl Cathcart, Roberta Cathcart, and Claudia Hungerson. Loving second cousin to Charlie Hungerson.
Carole travelled with friends in her later years. She was a proud member of many social groups, including Kiwanis, Among Friends London Club & London Newcomers Club. Carole’s love for her family was ferocious, and the absolute apple of her eye was her granddaughter, Lauren.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Carole may be made to Salthaven Wildlife, P.O. Box 601. Mount Brydges, ON, N0L 1W0. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted with Cremation London & Middlesex Inc., 519-858-2467. Online condolences shared at www.cremationlondon.com
I am so saddened to hear of Carole’s passing. She was a wonderfully dynamic lady whose love for her family was at the forefront of her life. I will miss her cheerful Facebook shares.
Hugs to you all.
Dear cousin Carole, lots of good memories and fun times with her. We will miss her. Condolences to all.
I’ll miss chatting with Carole very much, and, like Claudia, have lifelong memories of our adventurous, spunky, loving cousin. Sympathy to her precious Linda and Lauren, and their dear partners, in their (and our) loss..
Carole was a treasured neighbour for many years on Acorn Crescent. I loved her visits, her wit and her zest for life. She was a kind and loving “mom” to her beloved cats. Her stories were legendary and her upbeat attitude brightened my days. Rest easy, dear friend.
Dear Linda, Dani, Lauren and Jake, we are happy to have known Carol and see how close you all were. Please accept our condolences at this very sad time. She will be greatly missed.
Dear Linda and Lauren, you two were the loves of Carole’s life, which I am sure you know. Carole and I shared friendship that started with Newcomers and continued through phone calls and Facebook Messages. She always included wonderful tales about the two of you.
Carole had such a love of life, even though she was in her 90th year, she is still gone too soon.
Please accept my sincere sympathy.
