Elizabeth Wall
Obituary
WALL, Elizabeth Diane…
Our precious mother, Elizabeth Diane Wall (born January 3rd, 1949), passed away peacefully on February 16th, 2022 after a brief but brave battle with cancer. Leaving behind to mourn are her 3 children, Michelle (Trevor), Peter (Laura), and Marie (Colin), her 6 grandchildren, who were the joy and light of her life: Andrew, Matthew, Henry, Madison, Cooper and Benjamin, as well as her 4 brothers and 7 sisters, and countless nieces and nephews who were all very special to her.
Elizabeth took a piece of us with her but left all of us a piece of her heart. She was a devoted mother, incredible nana and most caring aunt, sister, and friend. She never made an enemy but made friends wherever she went. She will be truly missed but remember her with smiles and laughter. That is how she left us.
Cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Elizabeth may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, PO Box 640, STN K, Toronto, ON M4P 9Z9. Arrangements entrusted with Cremation London & Middlesex, 519-858-2467. Online condolences shared at www.cremationlondon.com
Beautiful Star the hope of light
Guiding the pilgrims through the night
Over the mountains ’til the break of dawn
Into the light of perfect day
It will give out a lovely ray
Beautiful Star of Bethlehem, shine on
she is with the angels now may she rest in peace
I really loved getting together with Betty at Marie & Colin’s home on many occasions over the last 17 1/2 t years.
My heart goes out to all of you
Love. Patt. ❤️❤️

Dear Marie, Colin and family. Words cannot express the sadness we feel for you at this very difficult time. Betty was a beautiful person and loved her kids and grandchildren. She
will be missed by
everyone who had
the privilege of knowing her. You

and prayers.
Marie: You have been in my thougths and prayers these past few months. Condolescences to you and your family. A mother is always missed – even as we become mothers and grandmothers………
Mrs. Wall was one of the most giving and exemplary individuals that I have had the privilege to work with over the years. She was a “mother” to a generation of young people at FBA and taught them many important character traits that would serve them well as they transitioned into adulthood. She was a lady with uncanny wit, a heart of gold, the patience of Job, and a very loving disposition.
I often remember her saying, “Now Mr. Piccott”, as she gave me advice. This familiar comment, along with her wry smile, (she probably had as much patience with me as with the students), brings back so many wonderful memories of a truly remarkable lady. She was a treasure, and we loved her. We will see you again Mrs. Wall.
Our sincere condolences to Michelle, Peter, Marie and their families.

Sincere condolences to you Michelle, Peter, Marie, your partners and of course your children. I’m sure she was a wonderful grandmother! She was a really nice aunt. I enjoyed seeing her for meals and card games when we both lived in Ontario. I thought we had a similar sense of humor.
I’ll always remember my Aunt Betty.
