Grzegorz “Greg” Michalczyk
Obituary
MICHALCZYK, Grzegorz “Greg”
Unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, Greg passed away at the age of 46. Husband of Kelly Michalczyk (nee Burrows) for 20 years and adored Dad of Brooklyn. Beloved Son of Les and Janina Michalczyk and son-in-law of Mary Szklenar (Nana). Loving Brother of Wojtek (Sonia) Michalczyk and Tommy Michalczyk. Proud Uncle of Marcus and Arius Michalczyk (twins). Beloved nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
I know that if you interacted with him, you had some sort of reaction to Greg, because he was such a big personality. If he was your delivery driver (the Pepsi guy), co-worker, neighbor, classmate, or friend (guy, bud)- it would be a great comfort for me and the whole family for you to join us at a Celebration of Life service. It will be held on Saturday, January 4, at Impact Church at 11 am (104-1200 Commissioners Road East). In honour of Greg, please wear a graphic t-shirt and jeans.
In memory of Greg, donations may be made to Impact Church. Online condolences shared at www.cremationlondon.com

Kelly and Brooklyn, I feel so sad to hear of your loss. I’m sure he was a great comfort in your lives as you and Brooklyn are such great people and he will be sorely missed.

Kelly and Brooklyn, May the peace of God be with you while you grieve the loss of Greg. Take the time to bask in the tenderness of God’s love. Grief is Love’s Souvenir. He will be with you in spirit always.
Kelly and Brooklyn, We were heartbroken to hear about Greg. There are no words to take away the pain. Please know that we are thinking of you both and praying for comfort during this incredibly difficult time. You are in our hearts and we are here if there is anything you need. Wishing you strength and comfort in the days ahead. Love you.
Kelly and family please accept my condolences may God continue to keep and straighten your all in this time of bereavement,
Kelly and family…. My heart breaks for you all. Words cannot even express the grief I feel even though I don’t know your husband but how much more do the pain for you must be.
Know that the grieving process takes time and is different for everyone which will be difficult for you as you parent your children. It was so difficult for me because I felt inadequate to parent my daughter alone as I missed my husband’s strengths. In time the meaning of God will be a husband to the widow and father to the orphan.
I wish I could support you in person but I am just recovering from surgery that I had mid December.
Know my prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Keep looking up especially when you wish he was beside you. Gos will show himself more real than you have experienced ever before..
You will he missed Greg 💖 you were the first person who gave us a helping hand after immigrating to Canada 12 years ago! You were so happy to see us moving here…will always remember you and have you in our hearts my beloved cousin! Maggie Pfister
