WOODS, Jackie…….

Peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, Jackie Woods left for her heavenly abode. Beloved daughter of the late Gerald and Avita Woods. Loving sister of Chris Seager (Theodore), Michael Woods (Yvette) and Fiona Moniz (Oscar). Cherished aunt of Craig (Lauren), Vanessa, Geraldine, Shaidon, Ethan, Emily and great-aunt of Zephryn. Dearly missed by furry friend Buddy. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street, London on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 10 am. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Teen Challenge, Lambeth P.O. Box 777, London, ON N6P 1R6.     Incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Jackie Woods. A beautiful, kind, loving woman, taken too soon . May she be rejoicing with Our Lord in Heaven. Until we meet again Jackie may the good Lord hold you close.

    Hey Jacks, no more singing for nickels and dimes. Singing for the glory of Jesus on that glorious shore, all is Peace forever more, with Mum and Dad on either side. Rest In Peace Jackie, know that all here on earth will miss you, your humour, games you always came up with to play at parties. Thanks for being a friend.

    Lady Jackie, it was a blessing to know you. You had a fierce spirit and a loving heart, which will not be forgotten. You offered friendship and a smile to everyone and you always showed up at work and gave your best to the kids- even when you weren’t feeling great. That’s your spirit. It is strong and enduring.     Your resilience is an inspiration to us all. Despite all the obstacles you faced, you stayed focused on your mission to be a witness of faith. Your smile and effort to give your best to others was noticed and so appreciated. To the family: Your demonstration of love and care of your dear sister is such a blessing to all. You were the hands and heart of Christ, taking care of Jackie. May your faith be a source of strength to help you through the sorrow, guiding you to the affirmation that Jackie made it Home.
