Steady and strong in the Lord, with a smile. Marie, you have been blessed with a long marriage, yet not easy to see God’s mate for you slipping away — bathed in prayer, we’re sure!
Dear Marie, Kathy and Lisa, I send condolences to your entire family as you grieve the loss but celebrate the life of Jim. Your family is a wonderful example of love and devotion to Christian values. Bob and I were so happy to see all of you at Kathy’s special birthday party years ago at your home. I think of your family when we visit Bob’s son and family who live in your area. Please know that I will hold in my prayers and my thoughts all those who love Jim. I send special hugs to Marie and Kathy. Sincerely, Dawn Cumming.

Dear Marie, Kathy and Lisa … sending my condolences to you all. It has been a long time since I have seen any of you, but still I wanted to reach out and say something at this time. I remember Jim as such a warm and friendly man and a true gentleman. He took good care of his wife and daughters and your family was such a lot of fun. May you know God’s peace at this time. It is a blessing he was able to pass away at home, but very difficult for you. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Mary (Rowe) Goral
Dear Marie and Family.
My sincerest condolences and deepest sympathy are with all of you. I remember Jim as a kind and considerate man. Always smiling and friendly.
My husband and I spent many evenings together with Jim and Marie and other friends dancing the night away.
The last year and a half must have been so very difficult, Jim is at peace now and free of suffering. I am sure he is still watching over all of you as usual.
I wish you strength, you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Catherine Vermue.

So sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. He went out of his way to make things easier for people, he was a person you could call up to help with a project and a loyal friend. I always appreciated getting a ride in one of his prized vehicles to church when I was unable to drive. We will miss you Jim!
So sorry to hear about Jim,Marie. I appreciated his welcoming personality and his crockinole knowledge and skills. We spent some fun times around the crockinole board. I will miss his winning smile.
So saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. May God give you strength in the days to come and for ever the joy of a life well lived.

Jim was my first boss in an office at Bell and I would have to say that he was the best one of my time there (30 years). He was kind, understanding and supportive of the new kid.
I don’t know when this picture was taken but he smiled EXACTLY the same way in 1981.
One of my favourite memories of him was April fools day where several of us moved all of the furniture out of his office and left only a garbage can and his phone. I have a picture of him somewhere sitting on the garbage can smiling away.
Please accept my condolences to you and your family.
David
My deepest sincere condolences to the family. Jim was a regular customer at my work. Always a pleasure to talk to. He will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
