Jean was an extraordinary person who absolutely loved connecting with people. She genuinely cared and was invested in everyone’s story and always wanted to help ensure those around her always felt special. She loved life, had a perfect sense of unique humour, and used it to create lifelong memories with those around her. Even in her darkest moments this past year our days with her were filled with laughter beyond measure. She always thought about everyone else first, even when she needed the most.
Jean worked with Rembrandt Homes in London as her final landing zone as the Sales Representative. Jean has had a very successful career in sales and thoroughly enjoyed being a part of helping clients create their forever homes. She developed life long friendships with clients over the years that ended up becoming more like family. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Tony Marsman and Michelle Kinney with Rembrandt Homes for going above and beyond in their care and commitment to our Mom during her battle with ALS. With the help of this company Jean was able to feel like a part of the Rembrandt Family until her last days because of the extraordinary connection she built with this team of amazing people.
Jean requested not to have a funeral or service but rather those who cared for her just get together and ‘have a cheers’! We are having an open house for those who are able to drop in for a visit on Sunday June 9th anytime between 3pm-7pm at 919 Foxcreek Road, London ON. Please note that this is not a duration event. There will be food and beverages provided, indoor/outdoor and casual attire. Come share a memory, hug and a cheers to the most incredible human, Jean Guest. Jean was a very special person who provided me with many laughs when I started with Sifton Properties back in 2007. After she left Sifton, I would I would see her visiting former coworkers in our office and when she saw me she would give the best hugs 🙂
My condolences to anyone who knew and loved Jean, she was amazing and will live on in our hearts forever.
Lori.
Our sincere condolences to you and your Family. Cherish your memories.

We met Jean during our purchase of our home, she definitely went above & beyond to help us. She was Rembrandt’s shining star especially through covid keeping us all calm & helping us navigate building through such a difficult time. I was also very fortunate to get to know her on a more personal level and heard her stories about her family in which she adores & the work in which she had pride in. I’m sure she’s left a huge hole in your family, her work mates & friends, your loss is also felt amongst us the people she loved to help find our future homes. Tonight we throw a toast to you Jean knowing you’ll say have another! So we will ! Cheers
Such a warm, kind woman. Many fond memories. Such a horrific disease. My deepest condolences to the entire family from our entire family. My Mom was a Whatman and spent the summers as a Port Burwell neighbour. Family Reunions always involved the Guests. R.I.P.

When I first met Jean it was at one of the thur thur get togethers she really made you feel welcome ! I will miss her laughter she was always full of fun, Jean was a special person who enjoyed life and spending time with friends and her family ! bless her for enriching everyone she met! I will miss her dearly!
My condolences to Jean’s kids and grandkids. She was so proud of her family and told me that she felt very fortunate to spend her final days in their company. Jean had a way of bringing humour to life’s ups and downs, and at the end, even a very debilitating disease. A truly special friend for more than 30 years, I know that I am only one of many who will struggle on without her. She left us so many funny stories and memories to keep us company for years to come.
Condolences to the loss of a childhood friend. I will always remember the times together growing up in the Park.
