It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jo-Anne Baxter, who passed away peacefully on March 31st, 2025, the day after her 77th birthday. Jo-Anne will be sadly missed by her sister, brother, brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial gathering will be held at a later date. Eileen and family I was shocked yesterday when I asked my friend Connie Stinchcombe if Joanne was still going to TOPS at her group and she told me she had passed. I have many memories of fun times at the conventions especially when Joanne was our van driver and we went over to the Staes for a quick shopping trip. I also remember our brunches at the Ramada with Chris too. Many laughs for sure. My sincere sympathy to you and your family. Sending hugs your way. ❤️
Eileen, I was shocked yesterday when I asked my friend if Jo was still going TOPS at her group and she told me she had passed. I didn’t see her at the Rally Day.
I have many fond memories of our conventions and especially when she was our van driver and always said “Bayne back of the bus”. We also had a quick shopping trip over to the States. I also remember a couple of brunches at the Ramada with Chris. We always had many a laughs when Jo was around. I am sending my deepest sympathies to you and your family. Hugs are being sent too.
