CEBRYK, Margaret
Margaret Anne Cebryk passed away peacefully on June 19, 2026, at the age of 77. She was born on November 2, 1948, in Mount Forest, Ontario.
Margaret spent much of her adult life living in Alberta and British Columbia. She also spent approximately 20 years in Houston, Texas, where she lived while her late husband, Douglas Robert Cebryk, worked as a pipeline engineer. Together, Marg and Doug shared a life filled with travel and adventure, visiting many parts of the world through his work. Margaret was a devoted wife who lovingly supported her husband throughout their years together.
In 2022, Marg and Doug moved to London, Ontario, to be closer to family.
Margaret was predeceased by her parents, James and Rita Costello, and her siblings Jack Costello, Joan Robbins, Charles Costello, Patricia Battista, and Michael Costello. She will be fondly remembered by her brothers James (Jimmy) Costello and Richard Costello as well as her nieces and nephews.
Marg loved staying active and enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. Walking was her favourite hobby, and she treasured time spent exploring Canada’s beautiful parks during the spring and summer months. For the last decade of her life, she enjoyed spending winters in Florida, where she loved walking along the sandy beaches. She also cherished time spent with friends, shopping, playing board games, and watching television.
Margaret worked in administration and clerical roles throughout her career and was known for her caring nature and loyalty to those around her.
In keeping with Margaret’s wishes, she has been cremated. Donations in her memory to the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario are greatly appreciated.
Margaret will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with those fortunate enough to know her.
