So very sorry to hear about the passing of this fine lady. Mary Ellen made the best chilli, gave the best hugs, and as Rob and I can attest, she was always keen to listen to us “crazy kids” at the kitchen table. She will be missed.
Your mom was one of a kind! I fondly remember drinking tea with her at your kitchen table. She was full of wisdom and great advice… love to the family.
Sending our Condolences to Mary Ellen’s family. I was just 4 years old when Mary Ellen and Bill moved in as the best next door neighbours ever. The friendships have lasted well over 50 years. Mary Ellen’s positive support at all times throughout my life, as a dear friend and caring person _ is there always. Thinking of you all. Cindy Ledgley and family

Mary Ellen was a truly unique person, fun, interesting and caring. Although we lost touch over the years, I will always remember her beautiful smile and sense of humour.

What a great lady. Always took care of her family.
I am so sorry for your loss. Tom, I still have the card you mother sent me, after my mother passed away, in 1985. She wrote me a lovely note and sent the photo of me, with the teddy bear you gave me, when I came to decorate the Christmas Tree. She was always very kind to me and you were very lucky to have her.
What a terrific picture of a lady who was beautiful on both the inside and out. She gave the best hugs and always had a kind word for all. She and Bill are finally reunited, may they both Rest In Peace eternally. Tom & Rob, please accept our sincere condolences at this difficult time… Gary, Lauralee & Jessi

Remembering Mary Ellen with love. She was an amazing lady and a good friend.
I am truly sorry and saddened for your loss. Your Mom was a wonderful, kind, loving individual. The world needs more people like Mary Ellen.
I’m so saddened about the loss of amy Aunt that I was quite fond of growing up. I still think about the day she brought me around the corner for my soon know favorite grape popsicle. Such a kind, generous, loving a cherishing Aunt.
