It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a wonderful woman and mother on Saturday, October 19, 2019 in her 94th year at Dearness Home, London. Loving wife of the late Tadeusz “Tad” Kolator (1987). Cherished mother to Susan Kolator-Cotnam (Dan) and David Kolator. Predeceased by her brothers John William Todman and Kenneth Edward Todman. Phyllis will be sadly missed by her nephew and 3 nieces in England. Cremation has taken place.
